As part of the activities promoted by Asturias Digital Innovation Hub (AsDIH), our partner Cluster TIC Asturias is organising a practical course on artificial intelligence, which will take place in September and October.
The course will be held in three separate sessions. Those interested can sign up for all three days, or for each day separately.
Objectives of the practical course on artificial intelligence for industry in Asturias
- Become aware of the real impact of AI on business competitiveness: understand why integrating artificial intelligence is not a fad, but a strategic necessity to continue operating in a changing market.
- Become familiar with the fundamental concepts of artificial intelligence: understand, without technical jargon, what AI is and is not, how it works, and what types exist.
- Discover use cases applicable to the Asturian industrial environment: learn about real tools that are already helping management, administration, technical, production, and sales departments to be more efficient.
- Learn to use accessible AI-based tools: practise with leading AI models to automate tasks, generate content, or improve decision-making.
- Learn how to start automating processes without knowing how to programme: discover no-code platforms, automations, intelligent agents, and digital brains applied to industry.
- Draw up a realistic roadmap for implementing AI in each company: identify opportunities, overcome resistance to change, and move towards a culture of innovation.
Who is it aimed at?
- This course is aimed at professionals in the Asturian industrial sector from any field, including freelancers and employees of SME or medium-sized companies, who wish to understand how artificial intelligence can be applied to their daily tasks to become more efficient, reduce errors, improve processes, or increase their competitiveness.
- No prior knowledge of technology or programming is required.
