DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the regulations in force on the subject of data protection as well as on the subject of information society services and electronic commerce, the user accepts that the personal data provided at the moment of his registration, or any other data provided to IDEPA for his access to any of the services of the website, be entered into files property of that company, for the purpose of facilitating the provision of the requested services, for the correct identification of the users who request customized services in IDEPA, for the conducting of statistical studies of the users registered in IDEPA that enable designing improvements in the services provided, for the management of basic administrative tasks, and also in order to keep the user informed, whether by e-mail or by any other means, of new developments, products and services related with IDEPA or with collaborating third-party companies. In the case of commercial communications by e-mail or equivalent, the user expressly grants his consent for the sending of advertising by this medium.
IDEPA commits to comply with its obligation of secrecy concerning personal data and with its duty to handle these confidentially. For these purposes it takes the technical, organizational and security measures needed to prevent the alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access to these data, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, concerning Personal Data Protection, and other applicable regulations.
The user will be liable in all cases for the accuracy of the data provided, and IDEPA reserves the right to exclude any user from the registered services if he has provided false data, without prejudice to the remaining legal actions to which it may be entitled.
Any registered user may at any moment exercise his right to access, correct and, when relevant, cancel the personal data that he has provided, by sending a written request addressed to IDEPA or by e-mail at web@idepa.es.
CREDIT CARD DATA
IDEPA never receives your credit card data. These are sent directly to the system corresponding to the bank that processes the payment, and it notifies us of the completion of the transaction.
SECURITY
IDEPA takes all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of your personal information. Only authorized personnel have access to the databases that store the user’s information or to the servers that host our service.
