Mechanical and electronic design laboratory
Parametric 3D CAD design programs.
Laboratory composed of various models of virtual, augmented and mixed reality
glasses, systems to allow the user to simulate movement through the generated
virtual environment, and the necessary computer equipment.
Control system used to control the entire infrastructure, made up of a virtualised
server and real-time communications system.
Selective laser sintering machine, designed to achieve the cost-effective
production of small and individual series and products with complex geometries.
Additive FDM manufacturing equipment of different sizes and with the capacity
to work with different polymer materials (including high-end technical materials)
and formats (chippings and wire).
Additive manufacturing head with a high deposition rate, designed to process
polymer materials (including recycled materials) in different formats (pellets,
flakes and chippings). Can be integrated with robot cells and Cartesian
coordinate systems.
3D printing unit used to manufacture photopolymer resin, in rigid materials
and for rubber, and for different applications, such as prototyping and proof of
concept tests.
